ABOUT US

Above and Beyond Employment Services is an agency that provides employment services for persons with disabilities. In addition to teaching job readiness skills that prepare our clients for the workplace, we also work closely with our clients and employers within the community to help them obtain long-term, integrated employment. Once employed, we provide job coaching and/or jobsite monitoring to ensure job success and retention.

Not only do we provide services that are customized for each person, we also spend a great deal of time advocating for our clients and educating the employers in our community in efforts to remove the stigma that often comes with employing those with disabilities."
